Before anyone gets the wrong idea I'm trying to find out how many people incorporate either clean and jerk or snatch or both into their workouts. Is there one day (i.e. shoulders) in which you find it works the best?
I myself do neither of these things but think it might be fun and beneficial to incorporate then into future workouts.
