Clean and Snatch?

Before anyone gets the wrong idea I'm trying to find out how many people incorporate either clean and jerk or snatch or both into their workouts. Is there one day (i.e. shoulders) in which you find it works the best?


I myself do neither of these things but think it might be fun and beneficial to incorporate then into future workouts.

Vids anyone?
 
I use to clean and press, I loved it and it worked awsome for shoulders, traps, ect. Now that I have added dead lifts I can't seem to find a place to put these in my routine. They just don't fit if your doing shoulders on chest day.
 
I can't seem to find a day that fits well either. Maybe it was a good thought at the time but my gym really isnlt set up for something like this.

Good to know more people are incorporating these into their lifts
 
I like to add them on my chest days even though you use your shoulders a bit during chest days but they are just secondary muscles doing them every other chest day has reall brought out my delts incrediblely.
