It is anti catabolic but can only be used for about 2 weeks at a time before receptors SUPPOSEDLY are downgraded and the dose must be increased or you must cease to use it.
I would not attribute it to making serious gains, at all, ever. Especially when you use an amount that makes you shake so badly you can't lift for shyt, I dont do 200mcg at all because of how it ruins my workouts, not even 100mcg twice a day.
While it does not make me shake horribly, it keeps me from being able to lift heavy weights like I would normally be able to. It litterally makes me collapse under something I could otherwise do 3 reps with.
