Clem All Alone

I was wondering if some 1 can give me the insight of doing 1 cycle of clen. My friends did wynny and followed it w/ clen they said i should do the same but i feel like wynnie is to aggressive and i dont need that much help. I wanted to do a cycle of clen alone w/ basic lifting supplements. On this thread ill post weekly pictures for 1 cycle and let you guys know how im feeling.

my profile picture is how i look right now at 168 pounds. Hopefully by the ened of the cycle i have my abs and lost my genetic love handles :D

Btw whats ur oppinion use clen alone or use it after wynnie or any other combo for grate results
 
Im a new poster so i posted it like im dumb.. lol

im 21 168 5'8" i go to to the gym routinely 6 times a week do 6 lifts for each body part a day.
Do 10 minits of a abs work out everyday started running 10 min everyday now im up too 20 min a day. And I stay on a very air tight diet.

My running is interval 45 sec sprint and 1 minute rest.

my abs consist of 1 min squats,1 min dead lift, ect.

Lifting is like everyone elses chest,bis,legs,tris,back,shulder

when im on clem i plan to do 2 a days. Iv been lifting since i was 17.
 
Clen alone works great as long as your diet and cardio are in check. You might want to look into stacking it with t3.
 
If you want to prolong your clen cycle then get some ketotifen. This up regulates the receptors so you can use clen longer than 2 weeks.
