Clen and cytomel or clen and avanar for female.

26 yr old female looking to cut. Recently lost over 50lbs need to loose this last 10 ASAP. I eat clean, cardio and lift.

Have you tried either of these combos?

What would a typical cycle look like? I was told to do two week cycle on clen with 2 months on Anavar (var), does that sound rite? or would you recommend cytomel on it's own?

Is there anything else I should throw into this mix other then the taurine for muscle cramps?

I LOVE the clen/ Anavar (var) cycle. I am doing a 16 week Anavar (var) cycle (15 mg ED), with clen over a 21 day cycle on/off.
Just ordered Winstrol, and will try that in the future. But the clen/ Anavar (var) cycle is great.

Thanx! What would you recommend for dosage for someones first time like me? I know nothing about ana Anavar (var) and am trying to figure out the best dosage with clen for my first time! Any tips would help, thnx!

Also have you had any sides from the Anavar (var) ?

My clen cycle looks something like this:
20 mcg days 1-3
40 mcg days 4-6
60 mcg days 7-9
80 mcg days 10-12
100 mcg days 13-21
Some people ramp down towards the end, but I don't have any problems just quitting. Some people only go up to 80...you will just have to see how much you personally can take. The most annoying side with this is the shakes, which I really only notice when trying to write.
The Anavar...I started at 10mg every day split into two doses morning and night. (5mg in the morning, 5mg at night.) After 6 weeks I bumped up to 15mg ED, split into two doses. Sides, yes. My voice has deepened, enlarged clit, and some brown spots that are noticeable on my face. Small, but still there. I think I am more sensitive to sides, because many others do not notice voice deepening on anavar. But I did, and others have mentioned it. Water retention for a week or two (after I had been on it for a few weeks) but it dissipated after about a week and a half. I am running it for 16 weeks. For a first timer, I would start at 5mg per day, gauge sides and see if you notice any. Many women are really happy on 5mg per day and see amazing results.

Is it liquid Clen that you are using? I have liquid clen and I am want to make sure I have the oral syringe dosage figured out! First of all WHERE do I pick up an oral syringe?! lol and HOw do I know what size syringe to pic up? I was looking around online and seen some can go .1-10 would that be like .1 is 20mcg and .2 is 40mcg .3 is 60mcg and so on?

Yes, mine is liquid as well. Some people like it and some prefer tabs. I've never had tabs, so I can't compare. My clen came with a syringe, but I would think that any pharmacy would have them...even WalMart. Mine is a 1ml syringe, with marks at .1, .2, .3, etc. and you are right.... .1 is 20 mcg, .2 is 40 mcg, etc. (I had the hardest time finding that BASIC info when I started!!!) I find that the clen really affects my cardio negatively, so I take it right after my workout so it has the longest time to wear off before the next one! Some people don't have that problem. But I suck air like a fish out of water on it. I don't know why? If you take it much after 3 or 4 in the afternoon, it will likely keep you up at night. I take mine around 10 in the morning.

Shredded abs will only come from eating clean, low body fat, definitely will not come from a cycle of clen. I have not finished complete cycle yet, so I can't comment on after-effects from sides yet...
I know you 'said' you eat clean, but without seeing what your meal plans look like, it's hard for us to tell. Many people think they eat clean but in actuality are nowhere near close. I would suggest not doing the clen and focusing on the diet if shredded abs is what you are after.
Clen is totally overrated as a fat-burner. When stacked with Anavar (var) it can 'fine tune,' but if I dropped one thing from my cycle it would be the clen. In my experience, it does nothing on it's own (without being stacked with something else), other than cause uncomfortable sides.

Unfortunately if your looking to get "shredded" fast you'll soon find out that there isn't a "fast""magic" way, depending what your fitness level is now, getting lean takes work, dedication & time.
Clen won't get you abs or get you "shredded". DIET/training will. Eating clean and healthy is not only going to make you feel good, it is also going to help you break down the fatty tissue stored around your belly and bring out those hidden abs.

As far as how much to expect to lose off your boobs, it depends. Your breast tissue is mostly made up of fat, this is why an overweight women will usually have bigger breast than a thin one. But it also has to do with genetics and where u store your fat. If u have been at the weight u want to get to before, than your breasts will be how they were at that weight... If u have never been that "lean" than you will lose some breast size do to fat reduction like any other part of your body.

The only sides I may have had are slight headache and was a bit restless last night while sleeping, but I'm not sure if it's just all in my head or not lol I'm planning on running two weeks on two weeks off, and am supplementing with 3g of Taurine in morning shake and potassium before bed. Drinking at least 4L of water a day. Here was what my plan looks like:

20mcg days 1-2
40mcg days 2-3
60mcg days 3-4
80mg days 5-8
and if the sides don't get too intense 100mcg days 9-14, If 100mcg is to intense I'll drop back down.

-What do you guys think of this? Is it pyramid-(ing)? (lol) up too slowly??

Personally I run each dosage for three days until I reach 100. Two days at each one is too fast. Rework your pyramid...you have both 20mcg and 40 mcg for day 2, and 40 mcg as well as 60 mcg for day 3. Ramping up WAY TOO FAST. You also need to post what your diet and exercise looks like. Unless those are spot on, you will not see any results from the clen other than some really irritating side effects.

As for my diet - I am intaking 1200cals tracking on mfp, every meal roughly 200-300 cal protein/carb/fat drinking at least 4 Liters a water a day, threw in a diet non caffeinated root beer earlier today lol

I noticed that you do a 3 week cycle do you find it better then 2 weeks? How are you finding it so far?

I do run it for three weeks at a time...two weeks isn't enough time to ramp up to 100 mcg. Don't try to ramp too fast. I also don't think 1200 calories is enough. Post your meal plans for us to look at, and we can go from there. If you don't eat enough of the right food, your efforts are going to stall, and you will feel like crap on that clen. Personally, I don't get any results from a clen-only cycle, and only minimal additional benefits when I pair it with Anavar. (I love the Anavar, and see great results when paired with a spot-on diet and heavy training.)

So far havn't had to many sides *knock on wood* I am a bit shaky but I don't mind it. I've only come down 2 lbs in the past 6 days and I am assuming that is just water weight... My diet as follows

meal 1 : 1 scoop protein powder, half banana, 2/3 cup no fat sugar free greek yogurt, 1 tblspn cocoa 290 cal

meal 2: Grape nuts w/ scoop of protein powder and almond milk 230cal
meal 3: Protein bar sugar free -180 cal

meal 4: 2 tofu dogs (i know i know I have a hard time eating meat so I comp for low cal, low(ish) sodium vegetarian options. with 1 cup frozen berries 190 cal

meal 5: 3-4 cup salad with, chicken breast, 2 tblspn feta to mush with the chicken (I am not a big meat eater at all it makes me gag lol) and 2 tblsp yougurt ranch low fat dressing 340 calls

I also need to mention I recently lost 40lbs through a vlcd diet monitored by doctor.
 
Personally, I don't think you are eating enough calories. I didn't break down your macros, but I think you should add more protein from whole foods, drop the protein bar (most of those are not nutritionally what you need), add more veggies, healthy carbs, add more healthy fats. Fats are way too low. Check out some sample meal plans that show how to figure your macros...I think yours are way off. You won't see the progress you are looking for until you get your meal plan in check, regardless of the clen. :)
