Clen and T3????

OK so i am doing.....
test prop for 8 weeks at 100mg EOD.

Anavar for 5 weeks at 50mg per day

and i wanted to add some Clen and T3 for fat burning but am not clear on how to use them properly...i really want to be clear on these things before i start putting them in my body.

I do understand that i have to taper with the T3's but my pills come in 100mcg tabs and the best i can do is cut them in half and taper up from 50mcg per day to 100mcg per day...whats the best way to do it with what i got?

My clen says 0.02mg per pill...does that mean 20mcg?
I heard i need to take taurine and other supplements with Clen...why is that?

what else do i need to know about these 2 compounds that could make this safer and better for me....thanks in advance all!!
 
also i have heard of ppl using benedryl or something like that for clen...what does this do? how to take it? please give me the scoop...thanks guys!!

To start - I personally hate t3. After using it I felt like my metabolism was non-existant for at least two months while my thyroid tried to restart itself. I believe i'm in the minority with those results though, as I see a lot of people praise t3.

As for clen - LOVE it. If you're 9-10% BF then you'll see an insane difference in literally just one or two days. It literally allows me to drop 1-2%bf in as little as a few days, and makes my vascularity insane. Bendryl helps keep your beta 2 receptors fresh so the clen will continue working. Most people only use benedryl or ketofin (same deal) if you're going to be using clen for awhile. I notice personally that clen loses it's effectiveness for me after 2-3 weeks, at that point I start taking 2 benedryl a day. The benedryl makes all the difference.

Prop + anavar + clen and you should have an insane cutting cycle. Keep your diet in check and I assure you you will not be disappointed.

Most people go with a pyramid type protocol for both.

For example for clen:

40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/80/80/100/100/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40

or something similar. Supposedly pyramiding up and then back down helps you ease off of it. I personally do the first part of it but then hold around 80-100 for two weeks while using benedryl and then stop without going back down. I'd do it the way I outlined for your first time though. I also forgot to hit on the taurine question you had - on clen you know it's working when you're jittery as fuck and get muscle cramps that come and go. Taking the taurine helps stop the muscle cramping while you're using the clen.

As for T3 i'd do a pyramid scheme as well. 50/50/50/50/50/50/75/75/75/75/75/75/50/50/50/50/50/50/50. Or something like that.

A lot of people like to run the clen and t3 back to back. as in 3 weeks of clen, then 3 weeks of t3, then 3 weeks of clen again, etc.
 
I love t3.Plain and simple,after few days of use i could already seen a bump in my metabolism.I was having a god damn slow one,very easy to gain fat,think also a little hypo too.Started one week of 25,then 50 for 2 and then 75.So after 5 days or so,first thing i noticed was that i would take a shit 2 times a day,and normally i would do that one at 2-3 days...Could eat lot more than before,no fat added,started feeling more full of energy,overall better feeling.

With clenbuterol i got nasty things.Cramps were normal,even with taurine added.Heartbeat went up too far,sometimes aritmia,jittery feelings,even if i used it at max 120 a day for a couple of days.
 
clen and mesomorph

Hey there so ive been trying to find info on weather its ok to use pre workout stuff. i have mesomorph and im about to start my first clen cycle. i want to burn fat aswell put on some lean muscle or at the least hold wat ive got. Also have plamagen nitrate which is eat im using at minute as ive only been back at gym for 6 weeks after a long spell off. oooking to get good kick start
 
hey i have some t3 as well and also am fixing to start.. the pyramid scheme doing the 50/75/50 are you talking about mg every other day or what??
 
I love the clen t-3 combo, i have taken off 19 pounds in 5 weeks and feeling more entergetic at work and the gym. The only sides that i have noticed is the shakey hands and sweating durring sleep.
 
clen /t3 combo is garbage. and shouldnt be ran more than two weeks. you will get extremley week while on it. its terrible for the heart and liver. t3 will burn all tissue including muscle. ur taurine levels become depleted so you need to take 3-5 grams a day. and at least a gram of potassium gluconate. helps with cramping. and the t3 should be started at 25mcg. break the halves in half. t3 is dangerous if you fuck your thyroid up your stuck with it for life.

I think you mean it shouldnt be ran longer than 3 weeks with out aas right?
 
Both work great together - however you should not run T3 at 100 mcg ed.

Studies have shown people to go catabolic when running T3 over 100 mcg.

I tested this theory and found out the hard way.

Personally - I would not go any higher than 75 mcg ed of T3.
