clen and weight loss

Jack- hate to be obvious but check the sponsors sights.
Clen- read around, do your research. It is powerful, yes, but there a several alternatives that pack a mean punch as well and are much safer on your body. Clen is very bad for you heart. Look into Al, T3, 176-191, S4, HCG or eveh GHRP6, Cyto, Anavar (var) for mild cuts.

Gee- how much weight in what period of time. What dose? What Anavar (var) iables changed ie calorie intake, water consumption, training, cardio, stress, other supplements. How tall are you, what do you weigh. Give us something to work with to help answer your questions the best we can :)
 
Clen works but its harsh sometimes. I have to pee every 15 minutes. And on my 2nd week on, i started getting a dull pain on my left back side. Kidney maybe? This even though I was drinking two gallons of water day. Not to mention, I feel like cramping up. I cant even stretch or make sudden movements for fear of getting a cramp. The calves are especially sensitive. This stuff drys you out big time it seems...
 
i weight 215 and and want to lose 35-40lbs. I am 5'11.
i have been drinking a ton of water and also working out/cardio 5-6 times a weeks. I am currently taking t-3 and have seen no effects, other then that i am only taking vitamins and fiber pills. I use to weigh 205 before I started T3. Not sure the shelf life of T3 but my bro has it for about 4 years before he sold it to me for 20 bucks.

First beat the shit out of your brother for selling you something 4 years old. I wouldnt sell that shit in a garage sale to someone I didnt know let alone my brother. Second T3 is not a fun thermo, it has the ability to seriously eat muscle. There are no quick fixes. Drop the T# and get your ass in the Diet forum. Talk with 3J, he'll get you straight.
 
clenbuterol is the special diet for losing weight.
It is older than other diets and more effective for weight loss purpose.
