Clen & Cardio

Ok here is my opinion on clen, I have some experience in cutting I went from 300 pounds and at 1 point down to 190. I then worked myself backup to a more solid 200.

So clen and the ECA stack work great. Clen I found works better but has way more sides. Both work by raising your body temp, so even though your cardio is up because you feel like you can breath so clear you need to watch your heart rate because it is pumping harder and your body is working overtime to keep you cool.

I like to wrestle, so if you wrestle don't use clen. Damn you can overheat really easy.

I recommend never getting to some of the dosage levels that some people head up to. The sides can get way to much and you of course run the risk of hurting yourself.

As for cardio I found walking on the treadmill at a 15 incline and keeping your heart at about 160, use a weight vest if you have to, let me get the most out of my cardio time and didn't really strain my body so I didn't get all catabolic and lose to much muscle.

I'm looking to drop down to 200-220lbs and was wondering if cardio, diet and some clen would do the trick..

looking at picking up 100 tabs of northern pharma clen-50 tomorrow.

what kind of weight loss can i get from using clen, is it worth doing??
