Clen Cycle Help Please!

I am currently on just a Sustanon (sust) 250 cycle week 8 or so when I get done I want to do a clen cycle how long should I wait after this cycle or could I start while ending it? How long should I do it for and how much? From what Ive read like 2 weeks is usually the max and I should gradually up the amount per day if someone with clen experience could help me thatd be awesome. Thanks!
 
wait untill you have completed a full post cycle therapy (pct) recovery.

you will want to taper the doses in order to determine your own tolerance.

the 2 week on and 2 week off cycle is very popular amongst user.

Many people recommend against cutting agents during post cycle therapy (pct). I actually recommend it for SOME people based on my experience. I usually run alb or clen during the wait to start and during post cycle therapy (pct). I.E. you would start clen the day after your last shot and run it through the 3 weeks while your waiting for the Sustanon (sust) to clear. Continue through post cycle therapy (pct) as well.

This will only be if you have a body type that retains muscle well post cycle. Also the amount of beta receptors plays a role as well. In animal studies clen caused an anabolic state due to high level beta receptors. The human body genetically can never attain the same level of receptors but, with there is a positive correlation between beta receptors and the anti-catabolic properties associated with clen.
 
i don't believe in the Clen anti-catabolic bullshit. I wouldn't ever cut after a cycle anyway. Its retarded IMO. Your main concern should be recovery.

Either extend your cycle and cut in the last portion of it while you are still on test, or wait until you completely recover.

Agreed, I think cutting with clen after a cycle will help your body get rid of the gains youve made even quicker. Ive always run clen while ON cycle as to inhibit it from getting rid of all my hard earned muscle. just my .02

Ok I got it thanks to you and RJ but how long should I run it for and what amount. I would kinda like specifics if you guys could since Ive never used before and dont really know anyone else who has either.

like i said before you need to determine your own tolerance. start at 60mcg and go up by 20mcg/day until you reach 120-140mcg. many people do the 2 weeks on 2weeks off and 2 weeks back on.

personally i have done clen a few times and i dont taper on/off and i run it for 3 weeks on/off. ill dose as high as 200mcg depending on the lab.
 
let me say, i don't like Clen. DOn't like the shakes

but when you use, IMO u should start off at 20mcg the first day and work your way up 20mcg each day til you reach a tolerable dose. to me anything over a 100mcg/d is waste.

2 weeks on 2 off. a simple fat burner on your weeks off is good to keep up the fat burning process.

Yeah I heard the shakes can suck. What other burners compare without that?

if you dont like the shakes you can consider alubterol as an alternative as this is said to have a reduced effect with shakes.

if you choose to run t3 with the clen and you do the 2 week on 2 week off method as mentioned above you can run the t3 throughout. you will want to taper on and off with t3 as well. do some research prior to use.

Taurine is often suggested to be supplemented during a clen cycle.

Unless you're diet is bad ass, they won't do much.

Like i always say, if you can't get to a nice low bodyfat by diet only, you're wasting your time with all that shit.

As for T3. I don't suggest that to anyone unless they are already in low BF% and looking to get into single digits. Its not that its dangerous, its just because again, its a shortcut people use who don't know how to diet.
