Clen drops for 20 year old

I am 20 years old, 5"10, 200lbs. Been training for about 4 years now (going on 5). I train either late in the morning at 9 or 11 or early afternoon at 1 and play rugby 4 times a week from 5-7.
I am looking to drop about 12-15lbs (last bit of the stubborn body fat) and a friend of mine suggested I use Clen drops. I have never heard of them till just now.
Are they advisable for my age?
How do they work?
How many drops to I take?
Any side effects?

I am also interested on going on the renegade diet.
How does that work?
What does a sample meal plan look on it?

Thanx in advance

I don't honestly know if clen would cause any damage to someone still developing, but if that is a concern ECA is a great alternative. (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin) I try not to exceed 100mcg working up from 50mcg, but some do go beyond that amount, and can handle the sides such as the jitters and headaches. You can check the RUI forum for a really good explanation on how it works. I personally prefer albuterol as it allows me to titrate down if I start to feel too jittery and it seems to have the same effects.

I like to go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to allow receptors to normalize. Some folks use ketofen, which allows them to continue usage for longer periods of time. A common meal plan is to go with a slight deficit from maintenance calories, but I'm sure clen would work great with a keto or even carb-cycling diet.

My .02c :)

Unless your 14% bf it's not worth it in my opinion from experience. Diet naturally first then use it as a aid but the sides ain't worth it...

clen is going to turn you into a clen dried tomatoe

What do you mean by that exactly?

What are the sides? My bf is roughly between 14-16% and Im looking to get to 10%. My diet has been very clean for ages now but been in a slump the last 4 months. I went from 305lbs to my current 200lbs in about 3 years. But now the last bit is giving me a hustle.

i like albuterol over clen cuz it doesn't make you as jittery but still burns fat pretty well with proper nutrition

What is your diet like?

Breakfast: 2 cups of oats, 3 whole eggs (Read that most of the minerals are found in the yolk and that the yolks fat is mostly good fats)
Snack: 1 scoop whey protien with froozen berries
Post workout: 150g chicken breast with a large leafy green salad
Snack: 2 scoop whey with plain, low carb yogurt
Dinner: 150g lean steak with large leafy green salad

I drink 4-5 liters of water.
