Clen for active females?

I have two female friends that are considering clenbuterol. They are both around 5'5" and 135-140 range and 19yrs old. Did i mention they r hot lol. Well they both wanna get off those extra lbs, which they dont have much of. They both love to workout, and do so about 5 days a week. One is a heavy drinker though on weekends. Here is my inquiry. . .

1. Given both of these scenarios, what would there be to worry about with them taking clenbuterol? Any sides or health related issues that there is to worry about?

2. Any precautions that can be or need to be taken while using clen?

3. What dose is recommended and how many weeks does it need to be cycled on and off? I hear cycling between clen and an eca stack every 2 weeks works wonders.

Alternating clen and ECA every two weeks will work wonders. Also, adding yohimbe to the ECA will pump things up another notch...and they may get extra sensations 'down below'..... and you just might be the one they call to help deal with those sensations. If I were U, I'd recommend it to them.

Id dose it like this:

Week1: Clen 20mcg upon waking
Week 2: Clen 20mcg upon waking, 10mgc (1/2 tab) mid-afternoon
Week 3: Ephedrine 25mg, Caffeine 200mg, Asprin 80mg upon waking
Week 4: E/C/A same as above, but take again mid-afternoon
Week 5: Clen 20mcg upon waking, 20mcg mid-afternoon
Week 6: Same as above

So on, and so forth. Since they are doing it for general fitness, and not trying to shred up hardcore, dosages don't need to go past this.
 
Sounds like a solid plan. Now is there any sides to worry about or precautions that should be taken? Is there any sped up heart beat, profuse sweating, chest or bodily pains, or anything else to worry about when on clen? One of them is a very good friend i would feel horrible if she had any complications at all.
