Clen only cycle log.. Daily update

Day 4
Woke up at 8, had my breakfast, took 30McG.. now off to college, back early, will be going to the gym now. still feeling the jitters, and a little rise in temp and heartbeats. no cramps, no trouble sleeping
2.00 Pm took another 30Mcg, feeling jittery as usual. did my workout in the afternoon today.. was a bit lazy as the gym was empty..

thanks for the update, when the gym is empty is when i go balls out hard. Let your works remain a mystery just show people the results.
 
^^^good point M. I love it when the gym is slow. Don't have to tell people to take their "social event" elsewhere so I can get on the machine their gathered around....lol

body cramping up a little bit.. have ordered taurine will start it from tomorrow.. will see if i can handle it with taurine and increase dose to 90McG
 
Day 6
Today woke up a little late, took my first dose of 30McG after my breakfast.
Lost 3 lbs already just checked the weight today.. starting to feel a little small :/ will be going to the gym now, its leg day today.. will update after my second dose now
2.30PM
took another 30McG, felling jittery.. thats all as far as side effects are concerned..

Question: How do i transition from cut to bulk, as im taking clen im on a caloric deficit, and i'll be starting my test e in a week or 2, how do i change my diet?
 
Update: Just had a cheat meal.. not much.. as there were guests at home so copuldnt avoid.. tomorrow a little more cardio is on the cards :p little chinese side dish, and2 pieces of prawns :D
