clen questions

hello all, been lifting off and on since 2006, consistently since 2010. i started my first clen cycle yesterday @ 40mcg and went up to 60mcg this morning. i have a slight raise in heart rate, skin is significantly warmer, and i have the shakes somewhat. should i just keep it at 60 for a few days and taper up accordingly? i know that youre supposed to find a "sweet spot" so to speak, so just wanted some input. thanks!



I am 23 y/o 5'11 195lbs 12-13% bodyfat btw.
 
Some people have more pronounced side effects than others. I would go up to 80mcg tomorrow and see how you feel. Sides for me somewhat diminish after the first 4-5 days. I still had a bad headache and shakes, but I didn't mind them really.

Check your temp and bp if you can. It's always good to keep track of yourself when elevating body temp.
 
stay at 60 until you feel sides start to subside before upping dose, best to use minimum effective dose with clen
 
Oh yeah, I second yjyankee's comment about the more than 1 gallon of water. If you do get a lot of cramping, pick up some taurine. 5g ED of taurine split into a few doses will help considerably.
 
alright appreciate it brahs. ive been drinking 1-1.5 gallons a day. went ahead and took 60mcg today, didnt want to up it to 80 cause these shakes drive me nuts as it is. other than the shakes i havent noticed much. i get pretty hot on and off throughout the day other than that its all smooth sailing. no headaches or cramps sometimes i wonder if the stuff is even working haha. btw the stuff tastes like battery acid...absolutely horrible. the taste alone is enough to wake you up in the morning haha
 
Battery acid.. interesting. I get mine from one of the board sponsors, and it has a sweet taste, but otherwise tasteless.

It is weird that sometimes throughout the day you will feel it a lot, and other times, it is almost like you are not on anything. I had that feeling at 120mcg during the second week quite frequently. For me though, clen works very well when paired with a clean cutting diet.
 
haha well you know what i mean. yeah i do feel warm all day but more so at times than others i guess? i dont know its weird. i do notice the jump in heart rate with anything physical however, i've been working out and not sweating anymore than normal. i also shortened my rest time between sets. im on a really strict diet so i hope that it pays off since ive been working my arse off in the gym. with that being said, when did you notice results? during the cycle or after? (im not taking my cycle past two on two off)
 
also, should i split it between am/pm? the past 3 days I've just taken it in the am when i wake up. tomorrow i will go to 80mcg, 40 in morning 40 afternoon because im not feeling the sides as much today. shakes are down as well
 
I have a thread called '6 more weeks of cutting' with pics from the beginning to the end of my first 2 weeks. I will do the pics before and after once I start the last 14 days of clen. I am taking a break and using keto, then increasing the clen dose for the remaining 2 weeks probably to 140-160mcg ed.

I don't split the doses because the half life is pretty long if I remember correctly, so I dunno.
 
I love clen now that I'ved tried it. Lost 6 more pounds the past 2 weeks. Cardio like a mf tho. Busted a sweat doing laundry yesterday.

Haha, yeah. If I do anything that involves moving, I will feel the sweat beading up on my forehead. I was in class trying to keep up with the professor while taking notes, and started sweating profusely. lol

Clen is delightful stuff.
 
update: up to 100 mcg's on my last few days of cycle. will up it to 20mcgs per day within the next three days to access sides. so far ive only gotten shakes. no headaches, nada it been great. havent noticed much of a change other than vascularity at times, increased core temp, and muscle hardness- even a harder look. cant complain. will probably try a different rc company as i believe the stuff i got was underdosed.

The best clen I have used is from RUI. Sponsor banner is at the top. After about 45 minutes in the morning when I take it, it hits me like a brick wall. Much more potent than the pharma stuff I used in the past.

Are you going to run 2 more weeks after a 2 week break? I am starting my last 2 weeks of clen on Saturday so follow my thread if you want some updates.
 
Clen is amazing bud , & Stick to what you're taking right now untill the side effects arn't very realizable (such as shaking/core warmer then usual )
just bump up like 20 mcg/40mcg more when you need. Personally i get shakes/headaches @ 120mcg but anything lower i can't feel it :x

I agree, RUI clen is really good. I looked like a dishrag after cardio today.
