clen/t3/dnp/eca and fat loss

i started this 2 weeks ago........my plan is to lose as much fat as possible before i start bulking in november......

i started off at around 212 and right now im sitting around 199-200......

i started off w/ clen for a week but something came up so i had to stop...........i then ran DNP for 6 days b/c i couldnt take it anymore.....i lost 5 pounds from that......

im running my cyto for 6 week.....something like this...

its surprising ive lost 10 pounds cuz i havent really done cardio due to work but will b starting intense cardio tomorrow morning........

finally my diet has been going good and here it is:
meal 1:
5 egg whites,2 pieces of bacon,4 slices of turkey,2 pieces of whole wheat bread,cup of coffee
meal 2:whey shake
meal 3: 2 turkey burgers,green tea
meal 4:whey shake
meal 5:1 turkey burger or chicken with green beans and corn
 
today was a good day......woke up around 11:30 ish, popped 2 cyto tabs then went to visit my girlfriend at the local deli and she hooked me up (like she always does every single day)with 4 eqq whites ,turkey,bacon whole wheat with some iced coffee......good stuff..!!

then came home and just slummed around for alittle before work at 2......had another cup of coffee with 2 cytos and i was off from work........got out at 8 eight then went home and had a turkey burger with some diet turbo tea.....

i wasnt really hungry at all today.......i have to start eating alittle more pro and drinking more water
 
long story short,weighed myself this morning and im at 196..........today was my cheat day.....i neeeded it bad.....2morrow i go back and i start clens
 
started clen today at 5 tabs and still running the cyto at 100mcg.........i will be tapering that down soon.....weird how i cheated yesterday but when i weighed myself today i was 195.....


but fuck i ate 2 slices of freegin pizza after work today.....wont be happpening again........other wise all i ate today was a grilled chicken sandwhich from subway...thats it.....

my goal is to be 192-193 but next thursday which is my weigh in day
