clen/t3/ketotifen combo

I need help, hopefully someone can help me. I am taking clen/t3/ketotifen liquid and I'm not sure on how much of each I should be taking of each one. They are all 60ml bottles. Thanks By the way I'm a female, not sure why it says male :)

Ive never used the liquid of that combo because I cycle the t3 up and then down. Also I only run clen for 2 weeks at a time then I take a week off, and still run the t3. Although it is convenient to have it all in the same bottle it just doesnt work for me. Where ever you got it from (dont tell me), should have some type of instructions for dosing. How much of each is in 1ml?
 
Thanks for your response, it didn't come with any instructions. That plan you do sounds good for me. I am the end of my second week on clen and t3, what do you suggest I do. I am 5'7 and weight 210lbs. My goal is 180 for now. If you could give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it. I'm trying to loose it in 2 months, do you think its possible? Thanks
 
30 lbs in 8 weeks is possible but, that stack will not help you if your diet and training is off. Post up your diet in the diet section so I can help you. Include EVERYTHING you eat and drink!

Also, what is your training like.

IMO, I wouldnt use these drugs until you cant loose any weight on your own. They do not work miracles
 
I have been trying, but it seemed like a lot of work and no progress. I have taken clen pills years ago and lost about 40lbs, but this time it seems super hard to get rid of. I will post my diet on the diet forum.
 
30 lbs in 8 weeks is too much fat loss unless you are obese. You will be losing a significant amount of muscle as well....if you have it of course.

T3 is a last resort and I don't think you should be using it unless you are trying to get bodybuilder lean. Side effects can show up years later and you can screw up your metabolism badly and permanently.

180 pounds and trying to lose weight with clen or T3.....NO. Your diet is seriously badly off. Unless you are a one of the worlds top female pro bodybuilders you have alot of fat and are looking for an easy way to lose weight.

Post up the diet and training regimen. That is where your problem lies.
 
I think at 210 she could probably loose 30 lbs in 8 weeks. Especially if she went on keto. Shit I am about 50 lbs lighter than her and lost 15lbs in 4 weeks.

But as you said that is with a drastic diet changes and workout program.
 
Blondie makes a good point. At 210 pounds you have a ways to go and 30 pounds in 8 weeks may be possible. Or 25 pounds anyway.

However there is absolutely no need for T3 or Clen.
 
Blondie, the Keto you talk about is the Ketofin that I spoke of in earlier messages? How should I take it?

i do the same thing.
when you take clen a lot your receptors build up a tolerance and eventually they need to be cleaned out, so when you jump off it for a week or two you feel the effects more.

t3 eats muscle so that's why i like to take clen with t3. if you don't dose it the right way it can mess up your thyroid and you will become dependent on it.
 
I googled the ketosis diet and I'm a bit confused. I downloaded a free 30 days plan and it's only having me eat 3 meals a day. I thought I was supposed to eat 5 or 6 small meals. I need help with a diet plan. I thought I was cutting out all of the carbs, but it's been a week of me busting my ass and I haven't lost a lb. Gotta be doing something wrong.

don't go by the scale. maybe take pics of yourself every week to see your progress.
i was running keto too and when i would look at the scale it wouldn't move and i would get upset. however, i got in really good noticeable shape so now i hardly look at the scale.
