Clen with Test C & EQ Suggestions...

Hello all,

I have been reading these forums for quite some time and now I finally need some help. I am looking for some advice from the big dog vets on this one!

Stats:
Age: 30
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 232 (Down from 265 in November)
Body Fat: 11%-12% (Down from 18.5% in November)
Years Training: 3 years Solid 4-5x/week (Played Baseball in the Big 12 in college and took a break for a few years)

Lifts: (PR's in "quotes" Current no quotes)
Bench: 405x2 "465x1"
Squat: 525x1 "575x1" (Breaking 90 ass down)
Dead: 500x1 "540x1"

Split:
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Arms
Friday: Leggs

In November I cleaned up my diet and a few weeks ago I started low intensity stair master or heavy incline treadmill work. NOTE: When I say cleaned up my diet I mean clean. I eat 12 eggs for breakfast 2 whole 10 whites, lean sirloin, brown rice, no simple bullshit, green beans, broccoli, turkey, chicken breast, oatmeal, tofu, and a few other things. Food sucks for me now I only eat for fuel the love is lost! 6-8 meals per day.

Supps:
Multivit, HMB, CLA, Creatine (Akaline), Protein, Taurine, L-Carnatine, LeanFX, Torrent Post workout

Gear:
Test C 500mg/week 1-16
EQ- 500 MG/week 4-15 (12 weeks)
Nolva 10mg EOD
PCT: Clomid, Nolva 3 weeks after last Test Cyp.

Goal to get over this hump of 11% and get down to 7-8% in the next 3 months. I think it is important to point out that Test C does not make me hold much water. E does much worse and Sustanon (sust) is even better than C for me. I hate Winstrol (winny) too makes my joints hurt. Love Anavar (var) but too pricey for the results in my opinion.

I am thinking of running some RUI Clen according to what my trainer and this board says but I want to know when to introduce it to my cycle. Also what dose for a first time user. I have read and read and read about this stuff but I get some conflicting info.

I don't do well on ephedrine. I get too jittery on it.

Any help you can offer me or suggestions would be appreciated. I can post some pics too if anyone wants to see meh ugly mug.

the rui clen is good, you should also supplement taurine or keto. Take the keto before bed and it will help you sleep, because the clen can give you the shakes. As far as dosing goes, start low and you have to see what works for you. Start at 20mcgs, and I never go above 100 mcgs per day. Some people can go a lot higher than that, but listen to your own body. Good luck, the clen should definitely help to shred some weight.
 
I'll throw out a couple of opinions, though you didn't say what your previous cycle experience was.

Personally I'd run the EQ starting at week 0 (the week before the test starts), since it takes awhile to get the benefits from it I like to run it the full 16 weeks and stop it the week before the test stops (which it looks like you'll do). If you don't like Winstrol (winny) and Anavar (var) is too pricy for you have you thought about adding Tbol to finish out the cycle? For me I like it better than Anavar (var) , I get most of the strength and size of Dbol without the bloat and you still get that general wellbeing feeling.

As for Clen, I havent used it for quite awhile but if you haven't ever used it I'd start out low at say 20mcg to see how you tolerate it and build up to 100-120, if you need more and aren't having any issues you could keep going up but I'd never go over 200mcg no matter how often you have used it. I did it for about 5 weeks on but added some benedryl (2x 25mg tabs before bed if I remember correctly) in the 3rd week of the cycle to keep going, the alternative to help your receptors is ketotifen but I haven't used it so won't comment. Some people will tell you 2 days on/2off works better or 2 weeks on/2 off, I was fine with my clen cycle but everyone is different. As an added note, I felt way way better when taking clen than an ECA stack, that shit makes me shaky as hell.
 
Love the ruiproducts clen, very good for weight loss. Start at 20 mcgs and work your way up, use what works best, and you can supplement taurine or keto.
 
My previous experience is pretty solid. I have ran Sustanon (sust), deca, eq, Anavar (var) , winnie, and C&E.

Never ran Fina, Prop, or other orals like halo, or dbol. I don't need much mass.

Thanks for the advice on the clen. I will def give it a shot. I also like the idea of 16 weeks of eq but since I just started back on the gas I ran the C first to get the mojo going then a few weeks in I decided to run the EQ for some strength and vacularity.

I have money for Anavar (var) (I guess) but I don't like the bang for the buck. Winnie sucks apes balls for the fact that whenever I get over 400 LBS on bench I think my elbows and shoulders are going to break in half. Plus I hate the suspension. I am weird in the fact that I never think I get the right amount each day.

My old lady loves Anavar (var) though and it is really worth it for her to harden up in summer.
