Ramp up. The sides of clen suck, so it is wise to let your body slowly adjust to the clen.
The cramps with Clen are terrible. I would invest in some Taurine to help combat the cramps. Also, if you are a deep sleeper take your clen right before bed. That way you sleep through the frst 8 hours where the sides are the worst. I got this trick from Biggie and it works awesome.

Don't go much higher than 100mcg/day
2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Off weeks use a thermo - Ephedra, Caffeine, green Tea, Yohimbine, etc
