Jesus i started clen last monday. Took 50 mcg at 7 a.m, had these thoughts in my head i would feel like a bouncing ball by 8 a.m and nothing so by 9 a.m i took another 25 mcg, felt a smiggen different, not alot so i upped it too 100 for the day, got a little warmer.

Day 2 took 100 again felt warm off and on no shakes good sleep.

Day 3 took 125, figured a what the hell, its not doin shit, felt warm again a few small tiny shakes

Day 4 took 150 and that was it, game FNNNN OVER. I didnt sleep at all, i was weak as a cripple, i had sweat rolling out of my eardrums in the middle of the night,my heart was given er, i had to literally call in sick for work. And for 2 days after i felt like garbage, and my joints were like that off a 100 year old man.

I have never ever felt this kind of agony in my life.

So here is to the veterans who read this. I apologize for you having to read this and or anyone who say, you are an idiot, why would you go so high so quick, you better read more about the consequences before youre take. I knew the consequences but for all the fake gear i have gotten in the past i just felt as though this was gonna be no different. DEAD WRONG I COULD HAVE BEEN. I will restart tommorow at 20 mcg and go up the ladder till i hit about between 80 and 100 and thats that for the 2 weeks on.Clen will do what it needs to do at whatever dose i need it to do so i dont feel like death.

For those who are considering taking any kind of drug, treat it with all seriousness, i dont know any of you but i do not wanna see any of you fall because of misjudgement or lacktherof like myself. Clenbuterol you do not wanna mess with.
 
LOL. That was funny :-) I can relate dude. You wanna feel the effect as soon as possible, you get impatient, blah, blah. For the sake of your health, patience is golden. I started clen at 40 mcg first day. The 2nd day, 80 mcg. Nada, no effect. The next day I cranked that b*tch to 125 mcg. Felt something finally. I was sweating profusely. I was relishing in it cause finally I was feeling it. At my job, I cranked on all the air conditioners to high. I was hot, while others complained of coldness. Anyway, mind you I was also taking T3 at 120 mcg ed. I doubled the clen dose. I took 120 mcg twice daily. But after a week, I had to stop the clen. It was making me VERY irritable. Anyway, I've heard 1 week on and 1 week off is the best way to do it. Others have suggested 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I chose the 1 week on and off for personal preference. Clen is great. Just wanted to share my experience so far. Peace dude.
 
No more Clen tablets, Helios from now on for me. I was kept awake for 25 hours straight on 0.5mg helios. Lowered it to 0.25mg and I'm liking it a lot!
 
i love clen. doing 2 w on 2 w off. just started up week 2 today. first few days had really bad shakes and was hot but nothing unbearable. the shakes stopped after about day 3 and i was between 100-125mcg a day. using liq clen from chem one. great shit btw. first day back today and its hard to type cuz the shakes but i know within a few days i will be better.

as for the discussion between 1 on and 1 off versus the 2/2
imo the 2/2 is much better as you get used to the sides after a few days and the clen stays working fine for 2 weeks. so why start over with the sides every week?"
 
Hey, on my clen cycle now. First time. I have mild shakes but am in the middle of week two, but haven't seen any results. the product is two years old. do you think it lost its potency? Any info would help. Thanks, Bros
 
I think I screwed up. I thought I was running 40mcg . It might be 20 though. I know stupid newby what should I do? There is no way to tell. Do they mostly come in 20s or 40s?

im 170and trying to cut to 155 then I want to bulk up. Ive been bustin my ass cardio and the gym . I lost like 5lbs but nothing significant seems like nothibg is happening which is why I think my dose is wrong! I did get a better source though.
 
Thanks bro. Im gonna ramp up each day to get to where I need to be safely. continue for a week then stop for two and start over. Is this ok? Plus once I get most of the chubby off what do you recomend for gaining solid 10lbs of lean muscle?

Definately need to be careful on Clenbuterol and watch the sides. Currently on day 2 of Clenbuterol from Iron Dragon 40 mcg ramping up to 100 mcg. First two days minor shakes and felt warmer. We'll see how it goes for the 3 wk cycle planned.

To the OP, your definately right about wanting to see results fast, don't we all - so we up dosage too quickly and then get major sides. Live and learn...

Also, split the dose if you go above 100mcg's. One early morning, then maybe 6 hours later. The "strength" or your reaction can vary by batch too, depending on where you get it, I sometimes notice a slight difference on Oxyflux, so on a new lot# I ramp up gain or start a little below my normal dose.

I am running it at 100mcg right now.. day 1. The shakes are muuuch higher then at 80mcg! But i have no problems with insomnia so far, it actually makes me TIRED.. i'm a zombie from 7pm

I start at 60mcg, next day 120mcg, then next day 160mcg and hold it for two weeks. I don't get any sides either, so I really love Clen. I'll be a little jittery for about 15 minutes in the morning since I take all 160mcg at once, right when I wake up, but the jitterness goes away and I'm all good.
 
Ya same thing, the shake goes away after the morning..

Do you really get a significant loss of body fat?
 
The reason I split the dose, other than not having a heart attack and bp through the roof, is that I get a metabolism boost for more of the day that way.

But clen makes me hungry as hell, so results are based on diet, diet, diet...
