Is it correct ?
What about timing because I have 0.2 if I take 3 to 6 tablets

what is the best time to take them
With meal, when I wake up, or pre workout ?

I drink a lot of black-coffee per day is there problem with clenbuterol ?

What is the best to lose body fat ?

150g protein, 130g carb, 50g fat

200g protein, 250g carb, 65g fat

Can I take all tablets of clenbuterol once time ?
6 tablets = 120 mcg
5 tablets = 100 mcg
4 tablets = 80
2 tablets = 40
1 tablets = 20
When I wake up on empty stomach or after one houre from eating breakfast ?
I train after two houres from breakfast what is the best way ?
 
start at 40mcg, 20 wont do anything for you. be extremely careful with the dosing. pick up some taurine capsules as well, otherwise when you reach the higher doses like 80mcg+ you will start cramping up. i'm only on 40mcg a day now, and my throat muscles cramp when i yawn.

200g protein, 130 carb, 50g fat seems like the best option, but the calorie comsumption is based on your bodyweight, so figure that out.

If I take clenbuterol all together after 2 houres of post workout meal is it ok ?
I eat breakfast then wait two hours to train lifting 45 minutes + 15 minutes cardio such as running then drink carbotein with creatine monohydrate after 30 minutes eat meal then wait one hour after meal to take clenbuterol at once time ( 20 to 120 mcg ) according to my plan , that is correct or not ?

I will buy taurin+ZMA+potassiom+b complex
 
You can take it all at once
By the time u get up to 120mcg it won't feel like it cause u been building a tolerance to it. If you took 120mcg on day one then you would be on one hell of ride...don't ever do that. Titrate up to 120 and yes take it all at the same time

1- I will do cardio on empty stomatch and during cadio drink XTEND

2- eat breakfast ( carb, good fats, and protein )

3- wait two hours to drink preworkout ( outlift )

4- do lifting 45-60 minutes

5- drink my postworkout : carbotein+creatine HCL 2g+ protein shake ISO HD + acety l carnitine 2g

6- eat a meal ( carb, good fats, and protein )

7- wait one hour after a meal to take clenbuterol at once time ( 20 to 100 mcg ) 1-5 tablets

8- with clen dosage, I will drink 2-3g taurin+potassiom+b complex

Some days, I eat a snack before do lifting such as peanut butter with cinnamon and a slide of brown toast.
