250 ml MONDAY am and 250 ml Friday pm
wk 1-10 : hcg 250ui monday and 250ui Friday ( Same syringe of test E )
wk 1-10 : arimidex 0.25 MG EOD Every other day.
wk 11-12 : nothing
wk 13-14 nolva 40 mg and 15-16 nolva 20 everyday
wk 13-14 clomid 100 mg and 15-16 clomid 50 mg everyday

20mg never did shit for me, I personally would start around 50.

If you're bad with stimulants then sure, keep to 20

i would pin mon and thurs and not worry too much n the time, just do it that day at best time.
I would also rec pushing cycle to 12-14 weeks wih test, not just 10. the rest looks good.

Nolvadex is for pct. Use adex on cycle. Your going to have a 2-3 week gap from your last pin of test till you start pct. You keep using adex and hcg up to pct. Go read the ology faq's thread. You seem lost...

Hey... first time on a forum like this so i hope i haven't cut in on someones conversation.
I'm currently doing my first clen cycle - i am struggling! I've googled as much as i possibly can but thought I'd ask some people that might have personl experience and advice.
I have been completely wiped out since starting the cycle - my training is quite hiit ehich i generally have no problems with but since being on clen im puffed out walking up stairs. Is it possible it doesn't agree with some people? Any alternatives anyone can recommend to get rid of the last stubborn layer? Cheers
