I've used it myself and yes it does work well for me. I don't use it too often due to the side effects.

Prana said:What do you think about using thermorexin on the 2 weeks off clen? (thermorexin has yohimbine hcl, caffeine, and bunch of other natrual stuff, no ephadra though)
sparklylegwarmers said:if you can get it over the border to canada, then sure (ORAL yohimbine is illegal in canada). buying yohimbine hcl on its own is still MUCH cheaper, though.
Prana said:Fyre, in your experience is there anything that gives the good results like clen does - without the sides? or at least with more bearable sides?
Prana said:yeah, thermorexin is really hard to get ... I have one bottle though, and some yohimbine tabs left over from last spring
I thought yohimbine was used for erectile dysfunction... didn't know it was illegal in Canada Is that recent?
Prana said:Oh BTW - did oral yohimbine give you major nausea? do you know anything that can help with that?
Fyre said:I do find that I sometimes feel sick on it but i find if I eat a little something with it, it helps.
The one thing I don't like with the yohimbine is the cold sweats! Prana, do you get those?
sparklylegwarmers said:depends on what you're eating... if you eat carbs it will help but then it negates the point of taking the yohimbine because it makes it ineffective. what dosing schedule did you follow?
i find that the best way to take yohimbine is to take it in 2.5mg amounts and build up to your ideal dosage (mine was 12.5mg)... the formula is .2 mg per kg of bodyweight. at 2.5mg i was lightheaded and having heart palpitations, but within a couple of weeks i was able to take 12.5mg at a shot w/ a cup of coffee (recommended as well because caffeine enhances the effects) and a LOW carb meal (less than 2g... ). if you can take it first thing in the morning w/coffee and then do cardio you'll be good to go.
yohimbine also works best on a low carb diet. it works for about 4 hrs in the body as long as you keep the carbs extremely low during that time period.
i was recommended a dosage that would induce the poisoning effects (the nausea, etc), but i just didn't have the resources or time to try that out... and frankly, it didn't sound safe. i DO, however, recommend it be used longterm for maximum effects (ie: a few months).
also, i've read not take yohimbine with ephedrine because neither will work properly if used together.
Fyre said:I took the ephedrine and the yohimbine together along with some caffeine and it worked amazing! I guess to each his own in that regard. Different people respond differently.
I myself did take the yohimbine with no carbs, usually just protein and yes, it did help. You were able to get up to 12.5mg at once? Wow! I normally take one tab which is 6mg of yohimbine(the pink ones) twice a day. I've done different cycles with it. I've done it where i do the ephedrine caffeine stack on my off days to the yohimbine and i've also done it where i've stacked the yohimbine with the ephedrine and caffeine. Both worked very well for me. Once again though, different people react differently.

I was wondering Fyre and Sparkly, what you are saying about the yohimbine. Since it is just included in my thermorexin, does the low carbs still apply? Yohmibine just blocks estrogen to fat cells right?
Did both of you start at one thermorexin cap per day? It's hard to split them up becuase they are capsules. I would like to just break it open and drink it even to get half a dose at first. (I am very senstivie to caffeine as well, get cold sweats from it)
Do both of you even think cycling the thermorexin on the 2eeks of clen is neccesary or should I just try out clen first?
thanks
sparklylegwarmers said:my guess is there isn't as much yohimbine in thermorexin as there would be if you took it on its own. macro floats around here, so he might be able to let us know.
i took yohimbine hcl on its own and combined with coffee and topical yohimbine. i'm sensitive to caffeine, too, but i managed pretty well. fyre can help with the dosing for the thermorexin, since i've never taken it.
yeah yohimbine has to do with the alpha-2 receptors... basically it shuts them down... and the less of them there are, the less estrogen in that area.. and less fat then, too.
