Hey Sexyred, sorry if this thread kinda turned into a yohimbine discussion!

Hi Sparkly, I have the thermorexin bottle here, there are 3mg yohimbine hcl in one cap and 100mg caffeine. So that's equivelant to half a pink tab of yohimbine.

So you just follow that low carb diet when you are on yohimbine? My cutting diet (which I am currently on) has approx. 100 g's of carbs. Most being complex through the day and dextrose post workout.

Sinse Fyre has tried both, maybe she can tell me if she thinks I should start out with just clen, or just thermorexin, or together on the weeks seperately

if you're gonna take the thermorexin, i would suggest you ensure you're basically eating keto for 4 hrs following taking it (so, first thing in the morning and a keto breakfast). i ended up with a higher dosage of yohimbine, so you might consider taking supplemental yohimbine with it.. or not. your choice

i've never taken pink tabs of yohimbine. what brand is that? i had 2.5mg caps.

I can't tell you the brand because I blacked out the label with marker because I was afraid someone would find it!! hahah - ask Fyre though, she has the same stuff I do I think. I think it's like Pharma Science or somthing - can't remember.

I would go two weeks on Clen and then two weeks on Thermorexin. You should get good results from that cycle.

The pink yohimbine are a pharmaceutical yohimbine. I'm not quite sure who they're by either cuz i just dump them in my vitamin holder...lol
I do know that they are awesome!!!
