Clenbuterol

I was curious about this also. I dont think that you would want to. Clenbuterol is a appetite surpressor (i think). One thing that can negatively affect a cycle is the lack of food intake (protein, calories, etc). Am I off base here? Other opinions?

I heard Clen decreases cortisol levels so some people recommend using it when coming off cycle. Would like to hear more info from experienced users though

Yes you can run Clenbuterol while you cycle.

I'll be receiving some from Uncle Z in a couple weeks and will keep everyone posted on the results.

I've read a post from Blondie saying she's had good results from Z's clen - and if I'm not mistaken is in the "Human Grade" section of his sit.

This will be my first time running clen so I can't say what to expect first hand.

Here's a link to Clenbuterol's profile.

Clenbuterol / Clen

This is located at the top of Ology within the "Steroid Profiles" tab.

Keep us posted on how it's working for you.

I just finished a clen and t3 cycle. Worked great.. just make sure you test out how much you can take and gradually move up. You'll sweat just sitting on your couch and pour at the gym. Check your bp all the time cuz its bad on your heart. You'll also get the shakes. You taking liquid or pill form.

Clen doesn't suppress appetite.

"When you use Clenbuterol, besides (of course) noticing some fat loss, you’ll feel your body temperature rise a bit, and your appetite will be slightly repressed. (2)"

This was taken from clen profile on isteroids. Not saying your wrong, but this is what they say.

It looks like a lot of people like T3 with Clenbuterol - here we go ... "what's one more item to the mix." :)

Shit - I just got an order from RUI - maybe they'll run another sale by the time my Clen gets here.

i took the liquid and i got the shakes real bad, good stuff

Everyone reacts differently, so ramp up your dose to see what you can take. I can take a pretty high dose and feel next to nothing. But I have to drink a ton of water or I get cramps when I lift. Supposedly taurine helps.

I prefer the liquid clen, easier to dose. I like to stay around 100 mcgs or less, I know some people can go much higher, but everyone is different. Find the right dose for you.

If you run T3 just be careful you don't go to high with your dose as you can go into a catabolic state.

I'm running my T3 at 50mg a day (.25 x 2) along with Clenbuterol.

It seems most people hit the catabolic state at 100mg a day - from what I've seen.

So far I'm really liking the results and of course this should be an addition to an already good diet.

Ive heard that Z does have great and strong Clen. Peronsally, I have only tried the GP clen and enjoyed it but others reports GREAT success with Z's clen. SOme clients of mine use it

Yeah Conrad - it's good stuff - I've been running it for a little over a week now and it's pretty awesome.

I'm use to running ECA so the sides don't bother me...

But the energy levels are wicked good - this stuff definitely help you get stuff done ... "if not turn you into Super Man." :)

I've already ordered more. :D

what clen dose are you running? and what's the long term sides i've heard about, some people get em? not everybody?

the long term effects of clenbuterol are not well-documented in human studies; studies have only been done on animals.
But from what I can tell, it is a selective Beta-2 agonist, allowing for bronchodilation and vasodilation (doesn't necessarily create tachycardia as beta-1 receptors are found there).
The concerns I have about clenbuterol are whether or not it deposits in other tissues of the human body and if so, the effects it has on those cells.

as for 'verified' long term sides, there is a downregulation of beta-2 receptors. This is the body's way of protecting itself from overstimulation (kinda like negative feedback). It is usually addressed with benadryl or ketotifen (taken at night before bedtime).

This sounds like the kinda shit you wanna run at low doses for a long time... versus high doses for a couple weeks...

What would taurine do?

clenbuterol has been implicated in reducing taurine levels, leading to cramps. So people replete their stores with supplements.
the following is an abstract from a study determining the effects of clenbuterol (in mice):
The beta2-agonist clenbuterol [4-amino-alpha(t-butyl-amino)methyl-3,5-dichlorobenzyl alcohol] is used as a non-steroidal anabolic drug for sports doping. The effects of clenbuterol on the transcriptional process and mRNA stability of beta-adrenoceptor (beta-AR) in skeletal and cardiac muscles are still unknown. Therefore, we investigated the effects of clenbuterol on beta1- and beta2-AR mRNA expressions of fast-twitch fiber-rich extensor digitorum longus (EDL), slow-twitch fiber-rich soleus (SOL), and left ventricle (LV) muscles by real-time RT-PCR. Adult male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into the clenbuterol-administered group and control group. The administration (dose = 1.0 mg/kg body weight/day, s.c.) of clenbuterol was maintained for 10 days. The administration of clenbuterol significantly increased the weight, RNA concentration, and total RNA content of EDL muscle. No effects of clenbuterol on those of SOL and LV muscles, however, were observed. The administration of clenbuterol significantly decreased beta1-AR mRNA expression of LV muscle. Furthermore, the administration of clenbuterol significantly decreased beta2-AR mRNA expression of EDL and LV muscles. No effect of clenbuterol on beta2-AR mRNA expression of SOL muscle, however, was observed. These results suggest that the effects of clenbuterol on beta1- and beta2-AR mRNA expressions and muscle hypertrophy depend on muscle fiber types.

S4 (also known as ostarine and MK-2866) is reputed to interact positively with androgenic receptors on skeletal muscle. It has been used in clinical trials to show an increase in lean body mass.
A bit more on "S4":
Selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) are nonsteroidal, orally active molecules developed to bind better to androgen receptors in certain tissues, such as muscle and bone, than to those in genital tissue with the goal of improving muscle weakness, osteoporosis, and other conditions with less risk of worsening prostate diseases in men or causing virilization in women.
and
The newly developed nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator Ostarine has demonstrated promising results in Phase I and II clinical trials, increasing total lean body mass, enhancing functional performance and decreasing total tissue percent fat. This selective androgen receptor modulator may have the ability to perform as a potent anabolic agent with minimal side effects on other organs (prostate and hair follicles), thus presenting a new strategy in managing cancer cachexia. However, more extensive data is required before its efficacy is confirmed.

Neither of these substances has been proven to shut down the HPTA...but not many studies have been performed on long term usage.
