Day 14, and 43

Ouch... feels strange to not have a weight to enter, but it will be best if I stay away from the scale until my next weekly weigh in. Not sure if that will be Sunday, Monday or Thursday mornings. Each of them are mornings after a low carb day, so either would work.

Chest and Triceps yesterday. Followed that up with a brief 15 minutes on the bike. Not my normal hour, but at least I got on it for a few. My knee had some issues, so I figured it would be best to take a break.

Just finished my fried egg and shake, so I will relax a little and then it will be time to head over to the gym.

Second day of my four day weekend.
 
Day 15, and 42

Had a craving last night while watching TUF, so I solved the problem with a little of the Nonfat Greek Yogurt.

Haven't stepped on the scale in a few days, so I dont have a weight to report.

Did shoulders today:

Standing Press
DB Press
Side Raise
Front Raise
Bent Over Raise

Also got in 30 of cardio.

Time to get the head shaved for a Kids With Cancer benefit.
 
Day 16, and 41

Not much to report. Today is a low carb day, so I may weigh in and take some pics tomorrow. It is either that or Thursday morning since the next low carb day is on Wednesday.

Shoulders were really hurting last night from the workout yesterday. Almost felt like they did when tore the rotators. Popped some ibuprofen and then some more this morning. May ice them some more today.
 
Day 17 and 40 to go

Since there were to low carb days, I decided to get in the scale this morning just to see where I was at. Showed 217.6, so I sort.of wish I didnt get in it. On a good side note to that, I swear the calipers show a loss. Will check again on Thursday morning.

Yesterday was a day off from the gym. The only time spent at the gym was taking pics of a new Circus DB.
 
Day 18 and 39

Chest and Tri's yesterday. Followed that up with an hour on the stationary bike.

Wanted to jump on the scale this morning, but I am really trying to only do it once a week when I need to get measurements and progress pics.
 
Car issues along with my messed up knee.

Quick Back and Bicep session, and off to the car dealer to see if they can figure out the problems.

Not too sure about cardio tonight. Already hurt, so kay need to rest it. What a friggen mess!
 
Day 20 and 37... I think

Yesterday was a low carb day, so I did my weekly weigh in this morning.

Weight - 215
Bodyfat - 24%

Shoulders - 51.00
Chest - 44.25
Waist - 40.50
Hips - 38.25

Weight remains at 215, but my bodyfat is lower again. Dropping bodyfat like this seems strange to me, but it is working. I was expecting my weight to go down more, but I was obviously wrong. At 24%, I am getting very close to seeing 19%...and that will be great.

Scale and calipers.

Scale has been showing 27.5% in the morning for a long time

Calipers are showing the drop weekly.

Ohhh....the scale will show 27.5% in the morning, and 25% at night when I have more water in my body.

Pick up some calipers this weekend. I paid around $15 for one

That is three weeks in, and five to go for me to get my bodyfat down to < 18%

Today will be a day away from the gym. Heading to the 6th Annual SW Florida Strongest Man in a few minutes. Four hour drive there, the event, and then four hour drive home puts me on the road for most of the day.
 
Day 23 and 34

Spending the morning going through pics from yesterdays contest

Foods at the contest weren't that good. Yes, I could have had salad, but I went for the breaded chicken with cheese.

Had my eggs and black coffee this morning. Still need to get over to Walmart to do my weekly shopping and then do my cooking
 
Day 24 and 33

Just a quick update that I am alive and kicking. Covered the 6th Annual SW Florida's Strongest competition over the weekend, so I have been busy.

Should be back to daily cardio today. Hoping the knee cooperates with it
 
Back the grind after two days off from the gym. Chest and triceps at lunch, and I am back on the stationary bike for my after work cardio

Day 25 and 32

Just finishing my first black coffee and getting ready for my eggs, oats, and then a shake. Feel a little heavier today. Not sure why, and cant hop on the scale till Thursday.

20 minutes into my cardio, and then dinner.

Hop on the scale in the morning. Not expecting much for a drop in weight, if anything. Would be nice to see 22%.
