For post cycle Mass builder's?
When you are on your post cycle do you continue to lift heavy or do you lighten up and start to cut? 10-15 rep's? Cardio? Change diet?
I start clomid pretty quick and would like to start running and lower my bf? Good idea, or should I wait till after the clomid? I want to run at least four time's a week. An hour each time.

You are going to want to ease up on the intensity of your workout a little.
As far as diet, you should keep up your caloric intake , remember that you have to keep eating at the same pace as when you were on cycle, in order to maintain your gains.
I would also limit your cardio to 45 minutes maximium, longer than that, and you'll start burning muscle mass as well.
 
I would go from a mass cycle to trying to drop b/f I'd give your new mass some time to maintain. Then slowly start drop some b/f, if you go all out you'll lose some of that mass too.
