I started taking it a while back for the antioxidant properties and then found some articles(discussed posts is more like it) that it might be harmful to the muscle building process...now I am reading MD mag, with the Ronnie Colman "redemption", and what his day is like, and it mentions Co Q-10 as a supplement he uses.I am thinking that he pretty much knows what he is doing...so what the skinny?
