I have had 6months without training, competition shape have been at 105kg and 5-6% bodyfat last 5years before the layoff, and with only little use of steroids. Im at 110-115kg now and bodyfat I dont know, but its way to hight. I could have been getting in alot better shape before starting steroids now, but I dont have time because I have to get in shape to martial arts competition, so what im thinking is doing a 8 week cycle + 4week PST to lose bodyfat and gain back lost muscles, and get back to competition shape at 105kg and 5-6% in 12weeks.

Testo Prop 300mg week 1-8
Trenbolone E 400mg week 1-8
Nolvadex 25mg day week 9-12
I have to both get strent back to Normal and lose bodyfat/gain muscle, if not I would have gone for not using steroids, or if I had some more time.
Training will be, strengt training 3times a week, power training program with heavy basic exercises. And 2 times a week with hight intensive interval training (Gerilja Cardio) and 3times a week with "light" martial arts training.
Nutrition I will go for a verry high Protein, 3-400g a day, and low carbs, but adjust carbs after energi levels and progress. But mostley I will adjust weight loss with fats.
Hoping for any sugestions of improvments.
