What?

I think you're asking what factors into an informed decision. If so, there are 2 things to consider:

1. Volume of injection.
2. Level of discomfort.

Test 500mg per ml will be less volume to inject, but far more discomfort will occur due to the high concentration.

You may have heard it referred to as PIP, or post injection pain.

500mg/ml = fire in a bottle. That's a lot of hormone sitting in your muscle belly once the oil has been absorbed. Highest I'll ever go personally is 300mg/ml as it causes FAR less discomfort (imo) to inject several milliliters of oil than a really high concentrated, but smaller volume.
