I just have these compounds in hand, test enanthate, dbol and NPP.... so please give me a good bulk up cycle with these three.

STATs:-
22 years old, 160lbs,5'8",have done 5 cycles with test e and dbol.

The story goes like i went to 176lbs with just 4 cycles of test e at 250mg/week for 4 weeks. however my last cycle was a mess, i got fake nolvadex and hcg. so i lost that much muscle..

that sux bro-but even then you should have easily gotten to 210 with 5 cycles.

so how much of each do you have, also make sure you get your diet right for your goals, thats almost always the reason people dont put on the mass they are looking for.

I think he should spend some time at the kitchen table, food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body and if you aren't gonna take advantage of that then you shouldn't start a cycle of AAS

Yeah if he did 4 cycles and is 160lbs then he did nothing right during those cycles and probably did not pct correctly in my opinion. You need to study some more about diet before you cycle again and i'm sure of that.

as everyone else said, i agree that you should not be cycling at the moment.

the problem with people like you is that you think that steroids are some magical compound that are going to instantaneously shred your body fat and put 15-20 pounds of hard muscle on you.

sorry but steroids are the smallest part of what i refer to as the anabolic equation.

you want to turn your body into a anabolic factory for muscle building? ok that is the idea, but guess what? Food is the most anabolic substance you are going to run across. It is 100% clearly evident that you are eating the incorrect food and nowhere near enough of the correct food.

Second part of the equation is your training regimen. You have been in the gym for how long? I don't believe you noted that. I have a very strong feeling that you are not lifting correctly to facilitate maximal muscle growth.

Really the last part of the equation is rest. Are you getting enough? Probably not. Most people don't get the recommended minimum 6.5 hours of sleep per night. If you aren't getting this you are doing yourself a disservice as you are limiting your recovery and AGAIN the anabolic environment within your body.

Oh so you have finally gotten the aformentioned aspects of the anabolic environment perfected? Oh ok for sure. Well then I SUPPOSE that at this pointI would throw in AAS because you are ready to utilize them for their maximum potential in establishing this "anabolic environment" within your body.....
