If I up my dosage of test starting tomorrow, I will be ending clomid 2 or 3 days before scheduled to leave on vacation. I want to know from vets about what I should do. Would it be smart to go. I won't be drinking to much, maybe 1 or 2 days. I will try and eat as much as possible, but it prolly won't be clean. And I will not be training. This is my first cycle so I do not know how my body will react during post cycle. I am more worried about losing my hard earned muscle then anything, so if anyone feels that going away for a week will be damaging to me then please let me know. I would rather stay home and relax then go off and lose my muscle. Since it is my first cycle should I just stay at home? I have to tell my friend by Thursday. So please please please help.

A week off isn't going to hurt you. Just do all you can to get your hpta back to normal that way your body can sustain it's newfound muscle.

Ok thanks Tx. I am not going to drink, I will prolly just enjoy the ganja..lol. This is just my first cycle so that is why I am noided out about losing my gains. I know it will be hard to eat clean, but I will prolly just eat a lot of whatever and try and keep the ole cals high. I know I now have to eat for my new weight. It just scares me to take a week off.

Gear is a wonderful thing but dont let it run your life go on vacation and have a good time its only a week and your body deserves the time off

GM..I didn't plan my vacation at this time, I was invited to go. I can still back out. I don't know what to expect post cycle. I figured if I kept my cals high then I would be alright, I haven't taken a week off lifting in a while. I know I won't be able to eat clean, but I will eat subway, waffle house, and I will go to the grocery store and get some good stuff there. I have already passed up trips during March, because I am on right now.

I have until tomorrow to cancell my spot on the trip.

Well, if its only 1 week I guess you COULD go, but I personally would not.

Man, last night I had myself all talked into the fact that I could go and just eat a lot and rest as much as I could. Now, the fact that you are more experienced then I am and you personally wouldn't go makes me second guess my first conclusions. I don't know what the hell to do. I just know I gotta know something by tonight or early tomorrow.

go and enjoy yourself bro. a week of will do the body good

I agree with house1. If you really want to go then I say go! One week off could be a good thing as long as you eat your 5 meals per day. Also make sure you bring your protein/weightgainer with you, and always drink your water. I say you will be stronger after the week break as long as you dont sacrifice your diet like mostly everyone does while on vacation.

should help lower your skyrocketing post cycle T3 levels, and reduce catabolism. Besides, none of us are pros, think back to why you started to workout. To be healthier, stronger, and look better in you day to day lives. Not to be over consumed, bordering on obession. Most of us have a mild degree of obession, hell were on the boards a couple hours each day. Just dont take it to serious extremes, workout to live, not live to workout.

I pretty much agree with iced, its just post cycle that you have to be very careful. So eat up and have a good week bro!
