Wild Berry Protein Muffins:
-1/3 cup applesauce
-1/3 cup raw honey
-2-4 scoops Solid Muscle Whey Isolate (Wild Berry)
-1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (OR Oat Flour)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
-1 tsp raspberry extract
-chopped walnuts (optional; sprinkle on top after pouring into muffin tin)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda all together. Add applesauce, honey, mix in mashed mixed berries, 2-4 scoops Solid Muscle Whey Isolate (Wild Berry) and 1/2 cup water. Spray nonstick muffin pan with PAM and fill nonstick muffin pan 3/4 full with mix. Bake 8 - 12 minutes. Makes 12-15 muffins.

Optional "Icing".
Place 2 cups of mixed berries into small pot on medium heat with 1/4 cup of water & 1 Tsp Guar Gum. Simmer to desired texture, then remove from heat, cover, and let cool to thicken. Cover muffins with wild berry "icing" as desired.

Supper simple but a cool idea
Take a bunch of scoops of protien powder and mix it with a few egg whites till it is a very thick consistency like a batter if your afraid of raw eggs use milk but it needs to be thick then take aluminum foil and make medium size cups fill half of it with this mixture then put a big scoop of peanut butter and full the rest with more of the mixture. Put in freezer and there you have a peanut butter cup with about 30g or protien. If you are bulking through some sugar into the mixture and this way you get your insalin spike. I like the recipe because I can make like 20 of them and keep them in the freezer then right after a workout I can eat one supper fast

Hope the contest is still going on, because I would love to win some protein lol! Anyway, here you go.

No Bake Protein Pie - it looks like sludge, but tastes fantastic.

Came across this because I was sick of making shakes in the blender, so I decided to mix it up in a bowl and see how it went.

8 servings
7 cups of Oatmeal
1 jar of Peanut or Almond Butter (approx. 14 servings I believe)
14 scoops of Chocolate/Vanilla Protein
14 tablespoons of honey (you can add less if you want to cut back on carbs)
Add water in 1/4 cup increments until it is well-mixed and a very thick paste.
Throw it in a pie tin, and then refrigerate.

I cut it in to 5-7 equal portions and just eat it whenever. Great for bulking.
