Im having rapid heart rate and palpitations a week after a cortisone shot. Ive already been to the ER and they said all was fine. Is cortisone with TRT a bad combo? How can I slow my heart down?

Racing heart is a somewhat common symptom from cortisone injections. Some people are just really sensitive to them.

I would suggest supplementing with magnesium 500-1000mg per day. Maybe ramp up and back off if you get the runs.

Just remember that there are different types of magnesium supplements. Do not use Magnesium Oxide unless you want to shit your brains out 20 minutes later. Do your homework on which form of magnesium is best.

Magnesium citrate is commonly available and has been fine for me.

Some sources swear by magnesium taurate for heart issues - I have not tried it.

God damn spam bot. Tricked me into reading half that paragraph before I realized it's jibberish. It's going to be a loooong day I'm thinking lol. :wiggle:

I have done this. Never ask the wife to pick you up some magnesium from the drug store on her way home, and then not read the box closely. That shake was the quickest waste of protein in my life.
