Last week I started my cycle:

250mg testex cypionate M, Thurs
100mg eq and 100mg primo w,f,sat

Yesterday I was walking in Target and had four spasms hit me. I stopped in the aisle for a second and grabbed my chest. I started walking again and then 4 more hit me. I was scared shitless. That is the only time its happened. Could it be aniexty? But only after a week? Weird huh.

Freeeek!

Happens to me all of the time on Tren/Test. Strangely enough, the worst attacks are in public.

They are rough, huh?

I have general anxiety (not social) and I haven't been having any problems on Tornel Test 200. I've been on for about 6 weeks. I am adding Dbol at the end ... i believe dbol may have been the cause of my anxiety from the last time I used it. I will find out once and for all in three weeks.

Some chems will cause anxiety. I'm almost positive tren will for me just on what i've read about it, so I know I'll be staying away from that.

I have no experience with the brands you are using. I wish I could be of more help to you. I have xannax on hand if any emergencies come about, I'm sure that it will help you too if it happens again. Take small doses. But remember it's not a cure...it's just temporary relief.

I wouldn't self prescribe anxiety medication - fucking with neurotransmitters is no joke, especially as during PCT you will already have enough on your plate. I'm sure one of the more experienced guys will chime in on this..

Ive had heart palpitations really increase while starting a cycle like the first month and than they stopped but I was getting them almost every night a few times a night. I think it could have something to do with your body just stabilizing itself. But I went to the doctor anyways and got checked out. And it was pretty much a panic attack of sorts. Honestly when it happens to me I just do not panic and relax. Because if you start to panic it can get really bad. And you will have to take something like Xanax of valium and neither one kicks in fast enough to really help. I mean a panic attack usually doesn't last longer than 30 minutes.

I can NEVER understand people feeling anxiety..

Control yourself, its ALL in your mind.
It's not exactly controllable lol. I used to think that way and think anxiety was for chicks until i developed it. Once you start using hormones your brain is no longer the thing controling your moods and feelings. Your brain controls the release of hormones that make you feel certain ways, but once you introduce exogenous hormones you're just in for the ride. Also i've heard many accounts with EQ causing severe anxiety. I think that's a pretty common side of it.

Not true bro, its a chemical imbalance in the brain, you cannot control it no matter how hard you try. I suffered from severe anxiety years ago and let me tell you its no joke, can cripple you life. After a few years it just went away and i havent had any issues in years.

To the OP if you still around, try lorazepam, that stuff works very well, it wont cure you issue but will help keep it under control, and the risk of dependency isnt as high as other drugs. It wont hinder gain, itll probably improve them as you have more bearings about you and able to calm the fuck down for some time.

I get rapid heart beat and some anxiety at begining of my cycle usually with fast acting esters. The older I got the worse the seem to get.

Medicine will def improve life, just try to avoid benzos and ssris as they can affect energy, sedate u, and ssri can cause fat gain and libidos issues. But if anxiety is ruining your life like mine it's withy the swap.

Give busprione a try. It has only improved my training and life.
The only side affect is headaches and some mild tirdness for about 90min after the pills. Justake sure to take it at least 3hr before training and your good.

Zoloft helps too. Didn't affect
M training but I could not get an erection to save
My life

Had the erection problem with Lexapro. Then it made my anxiety/depression worse out of the blue. Over a 4 day period I went from happy as could be to laying in bed crying barely able to move. I will never fuck with anti-depressants again, any depression I thought I had was nothing compared to those few days it was getting out of my system. I thank god that point of my life has passed and I feel "normal" again... I do take suboxone daily now though, but for those few of you who know what that is also know I may very well be on that for life.

I've found that simply getting your resting heart rate down can help a lot with anxiety. Just 15-30 minutes of cardio per day can often work wonders.. but unfortunately most people hate cardio and will tend to exhaust all other possibilities (including extra drugs) before actually giving it a serious attempt.
And remember to BREATHE! Deep, controlled breaths to slow things down.
