Anyone else on this? What's the longest period of time test can be run without greatly increasing risks of sides or recovery? I don't want to bloat and I want balanced levels, test prop seems to be middle of the road from what I've read, Suggestions??

Bloating has to do with your diet, water and sodium intake and keeping your e2 in control. I don't bloat at all on test but I have all those other things in control.

Why do you keep wanting to get ahead of yourself. Have you heard you have to crawl before you can walk. Its not a race. Just read the sticky and do the basic recommended cycle or like what others have mentioned.

I believe the first time user can safely use between 300-600 mg of testosterone enanthate or cypionate per week for 8-12 weeks.

Esters not only effect release times but also the potency of the Testosterone as esters make up part of the steroid weight. This must be taken into account when calculating dosages. The longer the release time the less free hormone. For example propionate is about 15% more potent mg. for mg. then enanthate so 500mg of propionate would equal about 575 mg. of enanthate.

250mg of test prop for 12 weeks sound good?

250mg is basically testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. Recommended dosage is 500mg wk.

Also you're sure you want to run prop for the first time? You've never injected before right? Do you have any idea how painful the pip will be from prop? You might want to research that first, plus with virgin muscles and all, you're not going to have a fun time getting used to it. Plus you realize you have to pin prop more frequently because of it being a short ester?

Really not sure how you just keep finding ways to make things more complicated for yourself. It could all be done so simply, but you just seem to have to find ways to make things more difficult.

I've read and read that T is T.

Fuck me sideways you have no clue do you? No one is going to fucking make a cycle for you. Stop being lazy and stop saying you are doing research when you have clearly done nothing. Testosterone enanthate and cypionate require less frequent injections and are usually run for twelve weeks, due to them being a longer ester. Testosterone prop is a shorter ester and should only be run for eight to ten weeks, requiring more injections during the week. Also 250MG is far too low, you'll be shutting yourself down for no reason just to be at a normal testosterone range. I would look into 500MG per week.

You clearly have no idea what the fuck you are doing and messing with. Seriously, do some research for the sake of yourself and others on here who get sick of people asking for others to write them a cycle. Fuck off.

I've read about pip with prop but I am in no way worried my pain tolerance couldn't be any higher, I suffered a terrible cycling accident when I transitioned from running and since then, the age of 13 had chronic pain, 3 of my lumbar disks impinge upon nerves and one puts pressure on my spinal cord, I can handle pain. The reason I wanted to use prop was for the daily psychological affect it would have pre-workout, balanced blood levels, and I'd be able to begin post cycle therapy (pct) a bit earlier because of the short ester.

You've never even run a cycle please stop giving advice. Prop makes more sense because of it's cost, balanced level in the blood with ED injects, pre-wortkout psychological edge, and earlier pct-hastened recovery.

So you are disregarding my advice because I'v never cycled before? Solid logic brah. You realize there are some idiots in this world who do cycles and don't do post cycle therapy (pct), don't have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand, abuse the dosage amounts and end up fucking themselves up? Just because I've never cycled doesn't mean my advice isn't right. Go do your research, and tell me where I was wrong in my advice, you absolute fucking idiot. Look at my most recent thread, my cycle is right and everyone is saying it is right because I actually did research. Go fall off your bike again you uncoordinated cunt.

You are obnoxious and noticeably upset, about what, I do not know.

Sustanon. 12 weeks.

No need for a prop cycle, sustanon has prop in it and keeps blood levels stable, only need to shoot twice a week. Keep it simple, you wouldn't be to happy running prop first thing anyways, I get a nice peg leg for a week when I shoot prop.

Length is arbitrary, many people stay on anywhere from 4 months to a year or more. This is your first so keep it 10-12 weeks, 12 is nicer.
