that was me bingo. the higher the elevation the tougher they are. and yes it hits the core hard as well as rear delts and upper back.
 
The ab wheel is a killer.
I do mind like that except I don't let my feet off the ground. I find it makes it alot tougher.
 
i did them both ways and didnt notice any difference. my knees are elevated about 6" off the ground.

PB, can I make a request? yeah, till now, I still don't know the setup for a banded sit up and banded reverse leg extension or something. could u please make a clip of those? x.x

same here, bigfood. no reverse hyper at gym too and can't even do ghr without being shouted at be hugging the lats machine. GHR are not as easily done as when it is done on a machine. believe me i tried it oldschool and it was nasty. downright difficult
