crashing, need advice

Hey guys, last test E pin was 10 days ago. Feel like im crashing hard. All joints killing me to work out, no drive and have lost about 6 lbs already. Diet the same at around 3000 cal per day and want to know if I should go ahead and start PCT now or wait another 5 or six days. Will it help to start now?? Also forgot to say it was Test E cycle 500mg per week split at 250 Sundays and 250 wed. Was 12 weeks.

it wont hurt to start early IF you have enough extra to run it a extra week but dont short your pct on the end.
 
Thanks I have plenty. Nolva and clomid. Just want to get some relief asap.

1st relax because imo some of this is in your head . the weight loss is water and was going to leave sooner or later . get plenty of rest , do NOT over do cardio OR training . cut reps and sets by 20% or so but keep weight lifted as heavy as possible.
