Crazy Ex Wife is threatening to steroid test...help

Im going through a divorce and my psycho wife is saying that she is going to ask that I be tested for steroids. I am giving her custody of the kids with me having typical visitation but she wants to be a bitch and do anything to get at me. Will the courts entertain her wishes even though she is the one with main custody?

Why does she wanna get u piss tested if she already has custody? Just to take away your visitation?

Im not a lawyer, but I would imagine that they would need to present sufficent evidence to have the court require you to have testing done.

Speak with a lawyer and get some real legal advice is my suggestion. Unless someone here practices family law, I dont think we are going to be able to answer your question with 100% accuracy.

Normally the court will only entertain this type of motion if there have been previous, documented issues, related to steroid or drug abuse.

A preponderance of evidence would be required for a judge to order steroid testing. In other words, the accuser bears the burden of proof. If she can not produce evidence of steroid use, the judge will laugh at her and dismiss the claim.

Of course 20 inch arms and bulging neck veins may give you away, so you might want to consider a baggy suit and fully buttoned shirt with tie.

He has millions of dollars and the best lawyer or lawyer's money can buy, he can afford to work the system in his favour. The average guy is going get his kid's taken away because he is taking a controlled substance without a prescription.

That would be true if anyone could make an unfounded accusation without proof. However, the courts do not subject anyone to testing without substantial proof. Any decent attorney fresh outta school will kill that one.

The wild card is always the judge. He/she can basically do whatever they want, but will normally rule cautiously to protect their own ass.

the only way they will test you for it is if you have been violent or record of domestic violence. Counter her with you wanting a test for alchohol & cocaine use. That might help.

I highly doubt they would spend the money to do a juice test on you. Especially if its just testosterone. You can actually sue for messing up your reputation. But if that happens you would have to posepone it a couple times till your on off cycle.

Anyways, thanks for the input guys...I just recently started a cycle of test e and Winstrol (winny) but I'm only two weeks in so I can quit now and not have to worry about crash. The main thing I'm worried about is the Deca I took last cycle eight months ago. Don't they have to test for specific compounds though...because otherwise I can have my t levels back down in time
