I was curious as to whether or not creatine would stunt growth by the near 400% increase in testosterone it produces.. this was a feud I had encountered with my little cousin, but, I have some details regarding this.
Creatine, in NO way, will stunt your growth. It works by naturally increasing your bodies testosterone. The test is not substituted so it doesnt make you infertile or make your balls shrink in any way.
Creatine also works in the way that it provides your cells a plentiful amount of ATP energy.. Which then allows you to burn more energy (and experience that extra daily energy so much of us on creatine recieve)
Once blood sugar is burned with O2, it results in water, heat, energy, co2 and 36ATP's. Which then allow the ATP's to be burned into ADP energy. The ADP require a chemical reaction of a bonding of another ATP to the ADP to repeat the cycle. So undoubtebly, the creatine adds more energy to the body and hightened levels of test to increase lean muscle mass and strength.
not that many of you care, just thought i'd post this on my own ideas and maybe the account of others who are interested in this. I hope this helps.
