Creatine PCT

Hey peeps,

Still planning my pct, doing all the research I can.

Have any of you included creatine in your PCT?

I have heard it can also help you hold on to gains?
 
im currently using Purple-K with my Test E cycle (1st cycle) atm. my strength has gone up a bit and my Test E hasnt kicked in yet also i dont seem to have any water bloat.

Ah, so your using it along with your cycle?

How many weeks are you into your cycle?
 
I used creatine in my first 2 cycles,it helped some,but its beginning to affect my kidney function and raise my blood pressure,so i quit taking it

Ye I heard it's killer on the kidneys after a while.
I might just use it with my pct.

Can I ask, did you have a high body fat % before your first cycle? No disrespect.......I'm asking cause I have a high bf and I'm trying to get as much info as possible.

lol....im not runnung anything right now,and hadnt in a while,im on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but thats it,and yea ive always had trouble with high body fat,its been tough for me to get rid of,i just cant seem to get it down past 17%,but im going to keep trying lol.......ive only done 2 previous cycles both with test cyp the 1st one was 500mg/week and the 2nd one was 600mg/week.....but i didnt know i had an underlying problem with very high estrogen levels and didnt get the gains i wanted,but now since ive gotten that under control,i will be ok......im going to run my next cycle in september,im running test cyp 750mg/week deca 400mg/week dbol 50mg ed/6 weeks and hopefully i can get bigger lol

Totally know what you mean about having trouble with bodyfat. I'm in the same boat brother.
I think the plan for me is to diet hard......again. Throw in some cardio and hopefully lose as much bodyfat as I possibly can, before I start my cycle four weeks from now.
Would be cool to see how you get on with your next cycle. A friend of mine is running exactly that and he's acheived some amazing results!

yea me to,im excited,im going to havt to eat my ass off lol,im 270 right now,and i want to be 290,i still think im small lol

just a suggestion... if you really wanna burn some extra calories...do your cardio after you workout... you will use up a lot of calories in the workout and by the time you get to cardio you should already be close to going straight to burning fat...
