i think i wana go with sum sustanon. but for a first cycle n using just sustanon how many mgs a week n how often should u shoot, curious b.c of the short acting esters. and is 500 too low?


1-6,8 sustanon 500 mg monday - friday

Well I did sus for my frst cycle and it was great!!!

I would run it @500mg/wk for 10 weeks

1cc on Mon and 1cc on thurs.
