After a bulking diet while cutting I would like to start this program I found on TeenBodyBuilding.com http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/steh7.htm . I beleive this would help me cut as well as maintain/increase strength. I want to keep up with my normal gym routine while doing this. This program will stretch on after my cutting diet and onto just maintance. Do you think doing all this at the same time is smart?

hell i might try that routine but best recommendation is to maybe cut 1 or 2 days out normal gym time depending on what youre actually going to be doing

are u going to be following the routine exactly?
 
if thats the case u may want to try 2 days in the gym 1 day upper body and 1 day lower body or full body workouts because thats what your going to be doing with that routine

anyhow good luck and i definetly might try that routine:)
