crossed over to the dark side

will do bro.....wk 9 up and running really revvving now... which i had enuff amps for a 12 week cycle tried to get me 4 more but got by 10 or nothin shit go.....droppin the 5x5 and doin heavy triples gunna test my lifts next week see how i go.
 
10th and final week up and running tested my 1RM deadlift on monday, i hit 190kg RAW pull which im pretty happy with, would of like to hit a 200kg pull but seeing i've only been deadlifting again since july after a 7 month lay off im wrapped, testing my bench 2morrow hoping for a good number.
 
Tested my 1RM bench today hit 170kg nothin to great but ill take it gunna test my squat tommorow see what happens..
 
Tested my squat today maxed out at 175kg ass to grass previous max was 130kg so im happy with the result pull ups are next always been crapp will be posting pics nxt week.
 
got 20 wide grip pull ups today so thats all my testing done use to do 8.... so the final tally is deadlift up 40kg bench up 35kg squat up 45kg not too badd i think better than creatine :insane:
