Cruise with hcg = impregnate the gf?

I am considering cruising on 250mgs of test E once a week. We are ready to have our first child and was wondering if I ran hcg during this, if my chances of impregnating her would increase?
I have been doing steroids for about 5 years I turn 35 in Dec
5'9, 190 lbs.
