Members, please advise, I am 45 years old, kept in shape all my life, I have only done 2 cycles before, 1st was 10 years ago which was sust 250 and deca and the second was sust 250 only. Made great gains, I'm now at the stage in life that I just maintain fitness and hit the gym three times per week, twice per week weights and one per week aerobic fitness, mixed with swimming. I have been reading a lot about cruising continuously on one 250mg jab per week, to boost my testosterone levels, I'll run some blood tests to check my oestrogen levels each month for the first three months, what are your thoughts cruising continuously for a guy my age? I already have kids and not interested in having any more.
