Cure eczema

I have really bad eczema, I have no idea how to deal with either one of them. I***8217;ve tried some creams for dry skin, and various lotions but it didn't work.What should I use for cure this ?

Hi my son has it too the only thing that worked for him is a steriod cream , I'll post it up when I get home and get the name

Do you think natural remedies can cure eczema fast ?

A LIBERAL amount of moisturizers that contain ceramides are best - CeraVe and Cetaphil Restoraderm are two that work well. Mouisturize several times a day, and use with a topical steroid like over the counter hydrocortisone. Fluocinonide is a stronger steroid that is prescription, but cannot be used on more delicate skin like the face/groin.
