Hello there,
I'm a guy from Italy, on TRT, and I was wondering what would it be the therapy in other parts of the worlds and/or with other doctors etc.
What are you taking and what dosage?
Did you notice any decent gains or ever tried to up the dose on yourself and look what its like?
I'm on Test Enhantate 250 every 3 weeks and I've been told on the forum its pretty damn low. Considering to find another doctor or manage the dose myself.

Share your experience guys

Every 3 weeks is a bad dosing structure. Your gonna get a lot of ups and downs, and most likely some negative estrogen related side effects to go with it.

Hope this helps.

^^ read that link.

What are your stats? Age, height, weight and BF%?

Do you have blood work you can post so we can see where your at?

All I can say is that it took me about nine months and 3 different dr's to finally get my protocol dialed in. I was on a every 2 week protocol and that had me feeling better than I was but now I'm doing 70mg E3.5D and have never felt better. One thing youll find is that what works for one nay not work for all.

Its and individual thing. Find what works for you. Its going to take time and an effort on your part but you'll be glad you started.

The guys here will guide you along your journey.

Good luck!

Im 27 years old, 170 cm for 61 kilos with around 12% bodyfat, very thin bones.

My most recent blood work says as below:

Total testosterone 481
Parathormone 26
Free testosterone 6.9

72 years old, 150 lbs, about 18% BF

My official doctor-approved dose is 60mg E4D (equivalent to 105 mg/week). That will actually give me a TT trough of about 850 (range 250-1100) and free T of about 200 (range 30-135).

However, my insurance will not cover TRT if TT exceeds 800 and my doctor does not like to see free T out of range. Therefore, I skip a dose and get my blood drawn after my TT has dropped to about 600 and my free T is about 140. That makes the insurance company and the doctor happy and we want them to be happy.

But I feel stronger with a TT that is at least 1000. Therefore, to make me happy too, I often up the dose to 90mg E4D.

I have no trouble with an elevated HCT. I was donating blood, but my HCT moved to the very bottom of the range, so I have stopped for now. My doctor doesn't like to test for E2 so I have to go by how I feel. If libido starts to drop I take a one-time 0.25 mg of arimidex. That seems to work.

My dosage is unusual in that it is so irregular but it works well for me.

Well we have free healt care over here so Im not worried about insurances, the problem is that doctors dont really know much shit about TRT since its only for severe hypogonadism in my country.
I think I will self manage myself a bit better like you do tho, do you get the arimidex prescribed?

I actually don't know, my doctor doesnt give a shit when its done, he just prescribes me to do one whenever.
Pretty stupid I know... I'm looking for another doctor but its not easy

LOL it's your job to know when they sticked a needle in your ass, and when you gave blood, not your doctor's. without knowing that, we cant discuss the results

You are totally right but you usually trust your doctor untill you doubt he's not doing that well.
I didnt have any clue about TRT until I started being serious with lifting and Im still not educated enough to make changes to what im prescribed
