As per Dorian Yates I'm altering my current keto diet. 1 day low carb, 1 day moderate carb low fat:
day1:
1. 2 scoop prot
1 tbl natty pb
2. 8oz chicken
15 almonds
3. Same as 1
4. Same as 2
5. Same as 2
6. Same as 1
p/c/f 312/35/79 cal 2042

day2:
1. 1.5 scoop prot
3/4 cup oats
2. 6oz chicken
3/4 cup brown rice
3. Same as 1
4. Same as 2
5. 6oz chicken
1 cup asparagus
6. 2 scoop prot
1 tbl natty pb
p/c/f 348/173/40 Cal 2009

Once per week I add 500-800 cals to meal 5
 
I'm 11 weeks out now, 12lbs to loose. So depending on how quickly I drop I'll adjust calories.

6. Same as 1 (casein?? you could hold on to a little bit more muscle by making sure you eat a slow digesting protien here)

im a whole foods advorcate, so was the guy who taught me everything, so there wouldn't be so many shakes... it looks good though.. how has the progress been??
 
Forgot to mention, the protein I use during the day is Dorian Yates' Tempro, has fast and slow digesting proteins. At night I just use casein. Current stats are 5'8" 165lbs.
Arms 15.62"
Neck 16.75"
Chest 38"
Waist 30"
Thigh 23.25"
Calves 15.5"

Thanks. I've noticed the biggest difference in the world by switching to carb cycling rather than full keto. My first comp I had 40lbs to loose in 12 weeks, so keto certainly was the best option. I stayed around 8-9% in the off season this tome around so much less work to do. As of tues I was 165 and I'll come in at 153, so 11 weeks to loose 12lbs should be no sweat (no pun intended)
