just a quick question... i usually bulk for a month or so and then cut for 1 month.. are these time periods too short? will i lose some of my gains by cutting so quickly after bulking.. i train natural btw no juice. what do you guys think?
i think its too short
2-3 months bulking ,2 cutting.
for me i go about 4months bulking then cut for a few months then maintain the rest of time till next bulk
well if your on the juice then i can understand bulking and then waiting to maintain so you dont lose gains i dunno i dont any advantages to longer bulk/cut cycles really.. this way i can trim the fat as it comes..
