Cut carbs or Calories during weight loss and definition cycle

I need some help on this this is my first fat loss and defining cycle for 6 weeks that is consist of...

Sustanon at 250mgs. per week
Deca at 200 mgs. per week
Winstrol at 50 mgs.(Injectable) 2x per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
also I'm taking Trac once before workout and Blue Nitrous(for getting a pump)Now Trac has Nox 5 so taking both of those will give me a decent long lasting pump and for a weight loss supplement I'm taking a product called Xenical. Now I'm 5'10 267 lbs. at 12-14% Bodyfat, and I'm 30 yrs.of age.Please tell me should I cut carbs or calories for this diet? I'm trying to gain as little or try to spare as much muscle as possible. I'm running on the Treadmill to burn about 500-750 calories per day if someone agree on what I'm talking about please let me know or help me out.

Duchaine liked the rule of no more than 16g carbs per kg of LBM, this way glycogen was filled, but not overfilled thusly comverting to fat.

I like low carb. You could also cut a small amount of calories if you wished.
 
16g carbs per kg of LBM seems a little HIGH
if you are this guy at 267, and 14% you are about 230# LBM,
roughly 104kg LBM

104x16=1664g of carbs
 
The only way to lose fat effectively is to cut calories. Cutting carbs does not work as efficiently in burning fat, because your body needs carbs for energy. Using a p/c/f ratio of 40/40/20 would be good for a cut.
 
i got news for you guys. you can lean out, get stronger and eat carbs if you know how to manipulate you carbs correctly. i got several trainees loosin BF and gaining muscle mass as we speek. a couple of these guys are taking in over 300g of carbs a day. hmm... go figure.

as far as the 1st poster you wasting you time with that Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle you doin. 1st off Winstrol (winny) 2 times per week will drive you body crazy. up and down up and down. it does not have an ester attached so between thursday and tuesday ( 5 days) it is completely gone as far as anabolic activity goes. eod is OK but not 2 times per week. 1 amp of sus per week aint gonna do much or 200mg of deca either. also 6 weeks on a andro cycle is a waste too. the long eaters in sus and the deca take at least 3 week sto kick and make a difference. you quitin about the time they will be kicking in good if youy were doin enougfh to make differnce. you wanna cut and doin sus and deca. those are geared towards weight gains. you wanna cut do test, tren and Winstrol (winny). this is not meant as a bash just sharing my experince in this area. pm if i can help yopu.
