Been off cycle for the last 12 weeks and maintained the gains quite well.
Now im ready to go back on i want to do a cutting cycle. I am considering one of the next 2 options,
1, do a cutting cycle with primo and a bit of test for 10 weeks
2, do the cutting without any gear and get down to 10%bf then go on a bulking cycle.
would like to know what you guys think of the above, my reason for option 2 is that gear is obviously better when theres an abundance of food etc. will i lose loads of muscle dieting without gear?,
